Xello Expands Azure Business To Cloud Native Accelerate Program

Melbourne, Australia 18 June 2020 - Xello, a Melbourne-based provider of digital business solutions, today announces an expansion of its partnership with Microsoft to be included in the Cloud Native Accelerate Program for Microsoft Azure.

Xello, one of the leading Azure partners in the country, has already obtained a portfolio of success with Microsoft Azure. Xello is a gold partner across five Azure based competencies, being Gold Cloud Platform, Cloud Data Platform, Cloud Data Analytics, Cloud Productivity & Cloud Application Development. In addition to this portfolio, we are excited to announce that Xello has been nominated for the Native Accelerate Program. This is an important nomination as this paves the way for Xello to obtain the 'Kubernetes on Azure Advanced Specialization', which will further differentiate Xello to provide advanced services to our customers leveraging the best in Microsoft Azure.

Over the past year, Xello has seen tremendous growth in its Azure business, led by its focus on Azure Data Services. Xello has seen massive momentum in this space, helping customers modernise their data estates, building large-scale data platforms and helping customers provide greater insights leveraging Power BI.

Xello sees this nomination as an organic next step in its partnership with Microsoft, which in turn will allow us to deliver more value with its customers where Kubernetes and Cloud Native adoption is a priority.

“Xello is extremely pleased to become a member of the Cloud Native Accelerate program. Xello's experience with Azure is extensive, but access to the latest developments and resources when it comes to Azure Kubernetes service will continue to differentiate Xello within the Microsoft Azure partner ecosystem, ” said Tom Gilmore, Head of Partnerships, Xello.

“Xello’s partnership with Microsoft is being taken to a new level, with our team internally working closely with Microsoft on this initiative,” said Peter Lillywhite, Managing Director of Xello. “Xello has already developed Beta release of its productised as a service offering when it comes to Kubernetes, which will be available in the Azure Marketplace in the new financial year."

“We are excited by these developments with Microsoft which will uniquely place Xello to continue to offer our customers with the leading solutions for Microsoft Azure in the Melbourne based market” Lillywhite continued.
