Melbourne joins locations all over the globe in holding this annual event on the same day. This year's event will be a full day of interactive presentations and hands-on labs focused on Microsoft integration technologies and will be held at our office - Level 8, 607 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

Expect to learn more about the versatile range of integration services under the Azure Cloud ecosystem, including (but not limited to):

  • API Management
  • BizTalk Server 2016
  • Enterprise Integration Pack
  • Event Hubs
  • Hybrid Integration
  • Logic Apps
  • Microsoft Flow
  • On-Premises Gateway
  • ServiceBus

Alongside fellow sponsors Microsoft and SixPivot, all attendees can expect some incredibly engaging workshops with several experts in the field, including SixPivot's Bill Chesnut and Deloitte's Dan Toomey. Representing Xello will be our very own Senior Consultant, James Auchterlonie!

This year's Global Integration Bootcamp is set for Saturday, 30th of March and will run from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. All interested parties are welcome to attend, meet a great group of people, learn something new about Microsoft's integration suite - morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea is included.

About Xello's Global Integration Bootcamp workshop

MicrosoftTeams-image (11)Event topic: Azure Service Bus

Session time: 10:30am

Workshop: Service Bus - Connecting external services and Azure integrations with ease

James is a Senior Consultant of Xello Australia specialising in Azure Cloud & AWS infrastructure and our honoured representative speaker for Global Integration Bootcamp Melbourne 2019. James has worked closely with several organisations in architectural consulting and delivery using Microsoft Core and Cloud technologies, and can talk your ear off for days around cybersecurity, cloud native technology and DevOps practices.

James hates buzzwords, and loves a good rant, which the entire Xello office can attest to - just ask him about his love for the word 'Ops' and watch the conversation flow!

In James' hour lightning workshop session, attendees will learn how to connect multiple integrations and external services together with Azure Service Bus (ASB) - while retaining independence.

This talk covers the basics of ASB and the possibilities its enterprise-grade integration capabilities offer, while illustrating its benefits with common use cases and a quick demonstration of the product in action.

James is just one part of the amazing day and will be joined by several other experienced presenters, which you can find out more about here.
